On short-to-medium term trend analysis, the All-Ords index is bearish. Its price momentum as measured by the MACD oscillator is negative though less so in the last week. On medium-to-long term trend analysis, the All-Ords index has been bullish since the 20th of October 2020. America's Market America’s S&P500 share index is bearish on short-to-medium term trend analysis. Its MACD momentum indicator is negative. The US share market’s medium-to-long-term trend indicators went bearish in May for the first time since the pandemic crash of March 2020. The S&P 500 share index’s green 30-day trendline is below its blue 300-day trendline, forming what technical analysts call a “death cross”. |
