Saturday, November 6, 2021 My cycle forecast model had the bounce to November 7, and now has a decline to the end of the month, then a rise to mid-January. I will look to move to a sell signal on Monday. Comment on indicators: PPE: Price to Peak Earnings shows the market overvalued similar to past extremes like the extremely overvalued markets in 2000, 1987, 1973, 1966, 1929,1901. Market lows in the first 90 days after these highs were 19%,41%,15%, 14%, 49%,15%. Market Cycle Forecast: Look for a low at the end of November and a bounce into January. New Active Traders Index (volume) Combined NYSE and Nasdaq advance-decline volume has not broken down. COT updates: S&P 500 - Negative Nasdaq - Negative Russell 2000 - Neutral Gold - Positive Silver - Positive Swiss - Positive |

Saturday, November 6, 2021 Australia's Market The Australian All-Ords share price index jumped 1.8% last week after falling 1.1% the week before. On short-medium term trend analysis, the Australian market went bullish on October 20th this year. Last week’s rise in the All Ords confirmed that. On long-term trend analysis, it has been bullish since 20th October 2020. Australian shares ended the week at their highest since mid-September after the Reserve Bank reaffirmed it foresees no rate rises next year. America's Market America’s S&P500 share index is bullish on short-to-medium term trend analysis. Its MACD momentum indicator went strongly positive three weeks ago. The US share market’s medium-to-long-term trend and momentum remain extraordinarily bullish. The index is now way above its peak before the crash of 2020. |
