We are on a short term sell signal to participate in my cycle forecast first leg of decline now through mid July. I do expect a half back bounce in the next up segment. I believe we should already be out of longer term positions and consider possible long term short positions after we see the extent of the first decline and a lower volume half back bounce.

Indicators:

PPE: Price to Peak Earnings shows the market overvalued similar to past extremes like the extreme overvalued markets in 2000, 1987, 1973, 1966, 1929.

Market Cycle Forecast: Down segment to July 8. Then, an A B C bounce to August 3.

New Active Traders Index again confirmed the S&P 500 new high by making new highs on Friday, but the weaker total volume of the up segment compared to the previous up segment suggests the next down segment will be on higher volume and more volatile than the previous down segment.

COT updates:

S&P 500 - Negative

Nasdaq - Negative

Russell 2000 - Negative

Gold - Positive

Silver - Positive

Swiss - Positive
